olybdenum and Vanadium.  Much Stronger than the new version.  Which is made from the DOWN Graded MOV Series of steel 4116 Krupp.
The
new DOWN graded steel Muela Unfortunately has gone to is a Shame Considering Muela's Impeccable Reputation.  Even though it has the added Molybdenum and Vanadium, The FACT is the newer knives are downgraded.  I'm sure they'll do ok to a certain extent.
